joy_accelmax 0 \\ tells the pc how far the joystick can accelerate. joy_accelscale 0 \\tells the pc at what rate to accelerate once it reaches the end of your joystick. Think it works like a joy_pitchsensitivity & joy_yawsensitivity multiplier.

What you really need is something that would let a console operate a keyboard and mouse as if it were a controller. You could easily use a lot of similar devices. Also: In this tutorial I use the Smarjtoy Frag Xbox controller modifier.
